    Forgot to send dell the old palmrest back

    So, I forgot to send Dell my faulty parts for the first time, mostly because I didn't know I had to. (First time self installation you see) So, how much will they charge me?

    Don't worry, you will have 10 days to return the faulty parts. Just call Dell Logistic and they will arrange time to come and pick it up.

    did they ship you a return label??? i think the palmrest is a non return part, but i could be wrong but they did ship me a palmrest but told me that didn't have to send the old one back.

    For some small parts I believe Dell just send the parts and you will need to install them yourself
