I don't know when this started happening, but as of the last few times I've checked my graphics card has been under clocked like crazy and there is nothing I can do to change it. I have a GTX 460M, as can be seen here:

I have not tried to overclock the card in months and I only did so to game, which was not frequently. I use the NVIDIA Control Panel to overclock. I will say that I have had problems with this card before though, as it tends to throttle itself at a much lower temperature than almost any other person's card on this forum from what I've read. From my OC'ing experiences I'm pretty sure I just struck bad luck and got a dud of a card, but whatever the case, I need figure out why my card won't even run at stock clock speeds. These are the current diagnostics:

    Any insight is appreciated.

Edit: I'd like to add that I do not think the internal temperature of the laptop is at all an issue here either. I keep my CPU clocked at around 2.4 GHz and the temperatures are all relatively cool. I also have this thing sitting on a Zalman NC-2000 right now.

Yeah, I use ThrottleStop for the cpu. Could you please elaborate on what you mean with using the Chipset Clock Mod feature? I've never used it before but am not sure I'm following with how it might be linked to my problem.

Who would've figured that I had stealth mode on? I just thought to myself, no way could it be as simple as that. Sure enough this time it was. Thanks for responding Mexic00ls.

If you look through the forum I think there was an app to make it stay off. :)
