    Hello there,
I live in the UK currently and as some of you know I own an alienware m15x. Now I am wondering how can I replace my keyboard, if I were to call up dell/alienware would they send me a keyboard or do it themselves , as some of my keys are not working anymore plus my backspace's retainer has come off. I spilt coke on it which is a bit of a pain.
    Regards

If you're still under warranty they will send a technician to replace your keyboard (it also depends on the type of warranty you have). Otherwise you can still call Dell to order a replacement part and install it yourself (its easy to replace).

Here is a link if you want to purchase the keyboard outside of Dell:
    Dell Alienware M15x Keyboard

I bought a GPU fan from PCHub and works like a charm and shipping speed was average.

Hmm my warranty has recently expired, how much would it cost from dell if I want to buy it from them?

Dont know, you should give Dell a call and ask for a sales rep.
