    Hey guys :hi2:

So I can't figure out what is wrong with my headphones. They just stopped working with my computer yesterday.
Tried re installing the drivers nothing. Anyone else have any suggestions

    notes
    • Headphones = Razer Electra
    • Headphones work with ipod and phone
    • Speakers work fine and are turned off when headphones are plugged in
    • currently have IDT audio drivers from dell installed
    • in audio devices, headphones appear as indepedent RTC headphones
    • Won't let me declare the headphones as default device only default communication device
    • headphones are declared unplugged unless in middle jack not sure why
    • I'll add more if I notice any

I tried uninstalling it and deleting the software.

Ultimately I ended up with the microsoft drivers. Now they are working just fine. :D thanks for the suggestions

Have you tried also installing the drivers and going to playback devices and setting them as default?
