    Hi Guys,

    I have been getting BSOD playing games (as old as Warcraft3) and also while web browsing!!!

    I have been trying to find a contact number listed on dells page but that doesnt work - does anyone know how i can call/email them to sort it out!!

    Hi, I tried dialling the number 80004413889 and while navigating through the IVR it says number is no longer available and directs me to the dell website.

    The other links are for distributors who dont take in support issues.
    I am seriously doubting dell now and am going to put off getting the M18x if they dont fix my M15

    i dont think dell has any direct contact with individual customers in this region, they will direct you to their authorized service provider, which is metra computer(according to the website), but i am not sure of your warranty validity in this region, so be prepared that they reject your warranty claim and ask you to pay for repairs.

    i wouldn't take any of what i said (about warranty) too seriously as i dont even know what is wrong with your system.
    Call them, see if they provide support, and take your system.. i cannot offer any more help as i have no experience with dell in the UAE what so ever.

    Thanks, I finally got through to a reseller Key Information Technology at 971 4 3400666 - the tech support wasnt available today, will be Sun-Thursday - in case anyone in future needs to find out.

    I do have a full 4.5 years of warranty and its valid as it was purchased through official retail channels here.

    I'll post about the experience in case anyone in future ever needs support in future!
