So my cousin just bought a new computer for collage and gave me his old Alienware. All the specs are pretty impressive except for the graphics card. The current card is a 240m and most games tend to lag on medium settings and I would really like an upgrade. I would like to be able to play some up coming games on at least a high or meduim with little to no lag. The only issue is I don't really have the funds for a brand new card and my max I could spend would be 200 dollars and that pushing it. I heard the 460m is a good card but it is starting to be out dated. I also heard the 6970m was a good card but I'm assuming it's expensive. I would also prefer the card to have a simple installation and keep a tinkering to a minimum, so bassicly plug and play. If anyone has any suggestions and could tell me the price I would greatly appreciate it!

Thanks! Would you happen to know how much a 6970m costs used?

I got my 6970m for $180 USD shipped. Snoop around on eBay for a bit and I'm sure you'll find one under $200.
