Hello! I've just got a 780m, CPU-Z recognize the card but I can't setup the drivers, I've read some guides around but I need to deactivate the audio of the bios.

The thing is, my Bios have a password and I don't know it, I brought this laptop used from a guy in Sweden, like 2 years ago, so pretty much I'm screwed to prove ownership to the dell customer service, there's any way to erase the password so I can use the new video card?

Can some one plzzz give me a hand?

Replacing the motherboard might be the only way to get there (or the BIOS chip). An unlocked BIOS could also help but we don't recommend that step, because it could cause NO POST issues among others.

Best idea is to try and contact the seller and never make the mistake of buying a laptop with password protected bios ever again.
