I have an Alienware m15x I just upgraded to the i7 940xm processor and a nvidia gtx 970m graphics card. it has 16gb of ram also. It runs fine, but I'd like to get more out of the processor while decreasing cpu temp. I can't figure out throttlestop please help.

Where are undervolt settings in throttlestop 870? I think that's part of the PKG Power which for some reason isn't available do you know how to unlock those settings

I'm sorry I don't have that option either. Maybe I have a incomplete version of throttlestop. Do you know where I can download a complete version?

Check the Throttlestop forum on this site. UncleWebb has a link to the latest version in his signature. You can also find instructions and lots of useful information that will help with configuration. The FIVR button should be on the main page, next to the TDP button.
    Go for it!
