the 'X' key on my keyboard keeps coming off.

I have warranty until 2013, but I know some things aren't covered.

Will I be able to claim for a replacement keyboard?

I think I've answered my own question, I'm in the UK and the Next Business Day Onsite Warranty, which I have, states that general wear and tear is not covered.

However, since my key has actually broken, it is not wear and tear, it's a fault.

Unfortunately the keyboard that we put on our machines should last more without any problems. I'm sorry to hear that you are having this issue. Please go ahead and send us an e-mail to [email protected] and we will figure out how to manage your specific case. :) Let us know the service tag, your phone number and location and of course a brief description of the issue :).
