    after FurMark v.1.15.1.0 Benchmark test(1366X768, 0X MSAA), FPS:10 (min9, max18, avg9)
    Geforce GTX 460M/ PCle/SSE2
    core 675MHz, mem:1247MHz, tempL 71C, GPU load 99percent, mem load 23percent

Cpu goes up no more than high 60's while games are being played (Utilizations max 50percent)

Yet, the game lags after few minutes dramatically. I just installed the bio today from the following link,
    http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/drivers/driversdetails?c=us&l=en&s=dhs&driverid=R316513

However, it only helped from being laggy from around 10 to 15 minutes... (I was so happy that it fixed it!, unfortunately I even had bit of lags from writing this post..... shocking)

I do not think cpu nor gpu gets that hot!

I have recently bought 740qm to replace the old one because I damaged it by putting too much thermal paste on it. And there was some errors on hard drive so I replaced it with SSD 250gb Samsung card.

Funny thing is that first day, everything was fine, played games for hours. After the first day, everything started to lag after playing games for few minutes including videos(had to turn that little UFO mode on from touch pad on m15x to run it smoothly, while some of them weren't even HD videos) and chrome browser...

good thermal paste was applied nicely on both gpu and cpu...

I want to play games without getting annoyed for long hours :(

    PLEASE HELP!!!!!

ONE MORE THING, to cool gpu down dramatically and turn fan off from going crazy, I need to restart the laptop (immediate restart; not restart after turning off the system for minute or two). ODD!

few hours after I posted this, I noticed something else. While I have nothing much going on the system but chrome and the winamp software to listen to some music, temperature regarding cpu and gpu has gone up as much as they do when games are played...

Hmm might be a really basic question but have you checked to see if the stealth mode is enabled ? I had something like this happen to me and took me forever before I realized it was the simple button on the OCD panel. ?

Try to use Throttle Stop to see if the processor is speeding down. Maybe a PSU issue

I have managed to fix it! although the problem is still unknown....

Basically I have to install nvidia driver every time I boot my laptop...

I tried uninstall then re installing it but still.... unless I install every time I boot the laptop it just gets laggy as hell.... :(

That's a strange solution, but at least you found the culprit. Try an AlienRespawn to get the machine back to factory settings. That'd rule out any software issue.
