    Hi guys,

Today all of a sudden my laptop Alienware M15x doesn't boot. It starts with one long beep followed by two short ones.

The scroll and caps locks are flashing while num lock remains lit. I checked the manual and it says some problem with graphics card. I tried to remove the gfx card but there is 1 screw on the heatsink which doesn't open at all. Hence I cannot remove and put it back. I tried all my best to make it seat in the proper place. The other two screws on the gfx card are in place.

Any idea what should I do? How much will it cost if I call Dell?

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks.

its better if you buy one from ebay and get it replaced your self , so you could save some $$$.
