Hey guys i havent been online fora long time, and now i have a big problem. For a while i have realized that it has been running super slow and at times it has been hard crashing and i had to force reboot. I do oc but at safe clocks for that matter. I have linux dual booted and have had no problems up untill now. It seems that when it goes into memory check it freezesat the 1 second left at even when it counts down it wont let me press any keys.
My idea would be to format thebloody thing but with all of the alienware stuff on it i dont want to have a 1500 dollar paperweight if you know what i mean.
    Running the oldest i7 1.75ghz
    Ati 5850m
    4gigs ram
    1080 screen and a small 350gb hdd
All drivers are up to date and i cant for the life of me get this thing to boot.
It boots up fine in ubuntu.
