    Hey guys,

I've owned my m15x for a few months now, and its nothing but a joy. However recently I decided to connect my bluetooth earphones to my laptop, and have been encountering some issues.

The initial connection process is simple and works perfectly - takes me about a minute to hook the headphones up and get them working like a charm - however within 10 to 30 minutes the bluetooth icon will disappear from the taskbar at the bottom of the screen, and the sound will switch to the notebook speakers. Any attempts to find the bluetooth panel in control panels fails - I can find the options bar, but it seems to indicate that bluetooth is off - no option for "enabling" it appears. This problem is temporarily fixed by a restart - every time I restart the PC the bluetooth icon will appear at the tray at the bottom and work perfectly - until it goes offline again.

So far I haven't done any troubleshooting, but given that its not that huge of a deal I'd rather try everything possible before reformatting and reinstalling windows (besides, I've done some reading on the issue and reinstalling windows apparently hasn't helped for those with similiar issues)

I'd the same problem with my bluetooth services as well. Reinstall and overwrite the drivers from the system resource disk or from dell support site and it should fix the issue.
    Hope this helps.
