is it normal that Hwinfo shows that CPU fan spins 4500RPM but i cant feel the wind, but at the gpu part i can feel the wind gushing out

Problem solved, culprit is i didnt clean the fan for CPU part, it can be unscrew and clean == there is lots of dust inside blocking the airflow

i get same thing. i think its because gpu fan design is different from cpu, so u dont feel air rush out. assuming cpu fan spins at 4500 rpm when on load, and as long as cpu temp is fine, you are good
