Does anyone know where I would be able to find a heatsink for this card that goes with the first version of the m15x? I had a 8800m gtx card in it, and bought this card without even thinking that it would need a different heatsink. I am thinking of just using a grinder and cutting off the few parts of the heatsink that are in the way currently, does anyone know if that would cause any problems? I don't have any use for that heatsink now anyway so that would be ideal for me.

Ok thanks, I will ask there as well. But if anyone here knows if grinding down parts of any mobile heatsink works that'd be great still.

As long as you make sure the heatsink isn't coming into contact with anything that it shouldn't be I don't see why not. And be careful not to mess up the part of the heatsink that comes into contact with the card. If you do this make sure to keep an eye on your temperatures so that you know whether or not the heat is being dissipated well enough.

Ok so I ground off all the parts that were touching anything and have installed it now and it seems to be working fairly well. One thing though does anyone know if AMD has a control menu kind of like my Nvidia card had where I could change all of it's settings? I have tried installing the Catalyst install manager but after it says the installed passed, the actually manager is nowhere to be found..
