    Hey guys,
Long time since i last visited this page for help, but here i am...
So here some days ago, when i booted up my M15x, it would say something in the lines of "not recognizing charger" or "wrong charger", and when i then go into the desktop of the computer and hold over the power icon in the bottom right side, it says "Plugged in, not charging".... This is very annoying, and before asking it is the original charger i have, except i have switched the wire part of the charger that has the american power in, for one with a European one...
    Any help here?

    Thanks in advance

Not all power adapters for the laptops use the same input voltage. Keep in mind that American 3 prong sockets put out 110 Volts. Euro plugs are 220. If you just simply swap out the end of the cord that connects to the socket you have a chance of damaging the AC adapter. This may be why you are having issues.

Try using the power button trick or whatever its called.

Taking out the battery, unplugging it from the outlet, and holding down the power button for 30 seconds.

    Hope it works!
And long time no see, Swede!
