Finally I have my power issues sorted out. I have followed Mr Fox's guide and replicated his dual PSU box idea.

Guide can be found here : [Tutorial] Dual 330W AC Adapter Mod

Here is my latest 3dmark11 score :D Still not at limits. Core and cpu can go further. Vram is more or less at limit at 1140mhz any more and I see artifacts ignore gpuz reading :( 680M vram sucks compared with 7970M! I remember running 1450mhz easy!

    Please upload your benches!!

Nice looking results! I get 8000 graphics score at stock on my gtx 780m, but I don't even dream to reach those cpu scores.

Have you run a firestrike? If you can post yours up. Here's mine. That was with the cpu at 3.6gigs and clocks at 950/1400 I believe.

You only got 400 points on physics score over me :p
But that graphics score is epic. Good work with PSU mod. Enjoy epic gaming :)

Also....King do you like Total war games? Buy Shogun 2 and play drop-in battles?

Eepo sure I can try firestrike! I am not done testing the limits yet though. More to come. I hope to break 8500 points and thus take record 680M M15x score if possible. Will be difficult however!

Fatboyslim I don't play Total war games. 400 points more is actually quite alot :D bear in mind the nehalem cpu's are getting old now. Even at the clock speeds I run I am not quite at 4700MQ level!

The good news is I will be trying 1.05V and get closer to 1100mhz on core and also try 30x across all cores. Should be stable for benchmark.

Hmm well 1.05V doesn't work well. The card buzzes pretty loudly and almost immediately throttles after starting 3dmark11. Temps are not an issue so I guess 1.025V is my limit. I guess I won't be breaking any records :(

is 0.025v the smallest increment? Can you run 1.05V at stock clocks?

I am just using svl7's vbios files atm. I guess with nibitor I should be able to change the values some more.

I can run stock clocks at 1.05V but the GPU gets very noisy at load. Not whine more of a loud hissing! Audible even over the fans roaring away!

I have flashed back to stock clocks and voltage as I don't want to burn the thing out for the sake of a benchmark run!

Did you see the ridiculous requirements on Assassins Creed Unity? Minimum GPU is a GTX 680 (desktop), recommended GTX 780!!!
Also looking forward to FC4 and GTA V but I've still got shadow of Mordor to play.
