    Hi all

    Hi All

    Im having problems changing the screen brightness after installing the NVidia 265.90 driver with a modded inf file.
    As in i cant :)

    Ive tried the power drain trick, and thats got the OSD displaying correctly again, however whenever you use fn+ f4 / f5 it simply changes the osd and not the actualy brightness of the screen.

    Same with control panel - you can move the screen brightness sliger around but nothing happens.

    Anyone got any ideas???

    That isn't a problem because they are desktop drivers. It happens to all laptops when using desktop drivers. using 260.99 or 265.35, you will have brightness control again because they are official notebook drivers.
