Hey guys so I downloaded the crysis 3 beta around the time it was first available. I played for about an hour and it ran fine (roughly 30 fps at medium settings at native resolution). In other words it seemed very playable. The next day I started up the beta and it only ran with about half the fps i got from the first day. I tried reinstalling the game and updating my drivers but my computer was still slow. So I uninstalled the game, but I didn't have any more time to deal with this situation until now.

I started up diablo 3, turned on hwinfo and played for about an hour. The performance was not the fps of what I used to get (used to get 50-60fps the whole time but now it stays around 30-40). I checked hwinfo after playing, and temps along with gpu/cpu utilization seemed fine. Also, I've noticed that my computer has gotten slower overall when dealing with applications like chrome and itunes. Anyone have any idea whats going on?

Did you accidentally enable Stealth Mode?

Sometimes it'll say that it it's off, then when you turn it on, it says "Stealth Mode was already enabled."

Use the tool, turn it on, then off again to be sure.

Turn off your laptop, remove the adapter and battery, then hold down the power button for about 30 seconds. Put battery back in and charger and power as per normal
