Is there a way to stop the MX15 from going to sleep when it is closed up? I'm a flightsim buff and have dual monitors connected to my MX15 via Matrox Dual Head 2Go along with the Saitek Pro Flight Cessna Yoke and I need to free up some space on my desk top. Since I have a wireless keyboard and mouse I don't need to access the keypad on my laptop except to turn it on. Is there a way to disable the auto off feature so that I can still use my machine with it closed up?

You simply click on the charging battery icon in the bottom right of your desktop. Then select "more power options".

On the left click on "choose what closing the lid does"

Select "do nothing" for both battery and plugged in settings to be safe.

    Easy peasy :)

ps: you may want to elevate the laptop slightly at the back to help cooling as keeping the screen shut acts as an extra insulator meaning more heat build up. Try to help the cooling out as much as possible basically.

You may use this article to troubleshoot overheating issues as well. Thx @King of Interns for the suggestion. That is indeed the way to fix it :p
