    Momentus XT HD reaching high Temperatures

    HD is reaching temps of 62c+ and this can't be normal! Any ideas?

    i've never had a hdd reach thoses temps.

    yeah, very hot! i took the xt out to test my scorpion black 250gb and that can reach temps up to 60 also.

    Perhaps you should clean the laptop's inside and make sure that you let air flow inside it. You can also try a different software (wrong readings??), and finally you can try a cooling pad to lower down a couple of degrees.
