    Monitor/GPU problem. not sure

    Good day.

    attached is a photo of my m15x's display screwing up. if it isn't like this, it's either all white or all gray. it started about 6 hours ago too and it has happened over 3x already.

    when this happens, my system does not crash at all so I think it's an LCD thing. Also, when I attach an external monitor while it's all gray/white or similar to my attached photo, the display on the external is perfect. no crazy stuff like the attached one. When I set it to display only on external then put it back to m15x display after a few, it gets better again. if it doesn't get better, it shows weird teary broken things like unreadable texts or horizontal broken weird lines moving vertically reflecting monitor refresh rate [i think].

    What could be the cause for this? loose wiring? dying LCD?
