    Hi ,
I have m15x since 2010 , but in last 3 years i have problem that it showing blue screen many of them , like gpu problem , ram and rarely due problem related to time of threading conflict or something i don't remember .

my m15x is connected to , Razer mouse with led , usb Headset with LED .

    i have these specs :
    i7 740QM
    GTX 260M
    8GB ram
    150W Adapter
    i am using windows 7
so is the problem due to lack of power or what ? , i haven't try to use my device without these peripherals .
moreover the battery is dead ,and i replaced one stick of ram and now there is no blue screen related to ram .

but the device get stuck sometimes and shows screen with one color sometimes yellow , white and other , this happens mostly when i am playing league of legends , or using solidworks and listening to YouTube in the same time , or streaming league of legends while listening to YouTube .
i am using Google Chrome as browser .

    any solution ?
should i bring blue screen error codes ?
and another question is there a difference when using m15x with or without dead battery ? i mean it drains power ?

That's most likely the GPU dying, i would replace it anyway since its just a 260M :p...
You can post a couple of pics of BSODs when they happen, but i'm pretty sure we'll come to the same conclusion.
The battery only drins current when it's charging, when it's full it just sits there and waits to be utilized, doesn't draw any additional power.

You can safely upgrade to a Firepro m6000 and keep your current setup.

5850M, 5870M or 460M if you don't want to update the BIOS, if you are willing to update it then M6000 yeah :)

Thats from china, and you will have to wait 2-4weeks to get it depending on your location....

I have 2 left, and if you are in the EU it will come much cheaper without the worry about import tax and shipping time :)

Plenty of other too, check my signature, last link is to my selling thread :)
