    Okay guys, I posted here about a week ago with performance issues with my laptop. Alot happened and my mobo crashed and I had to get it repaired. I am quite happy with the tech who services my alienware in my region, he is very thorough. He was telling me alot of the support for dell is from india, atleast the alienware support. He also stated it all depends on who you get on the line. I called in about my motherboard and in exchange they sent me pretty much a whole new laptop lol. Mobo/ram/video card and heatsinks. I was like wow, why did they send so much? he stated I got lucky with the person on the line. Long story short, she booted and runs games beautiful and I would like to thank EVERY one on my other thread who tried to help! you guys are great here.

    Yes you are lucky for dam sure. did you say india ? i was on phone for 5 hours with them and nothing resolved.

    even though i resolved my problem myself with the help of this forum. But for christ sake.. i would never buy alienware again because of dell and their stupid indian support.

    PN: i still love the looks and chassis but you pay more just for the design.

    Yeah lol. I mean I've never really had a bad experience other than them trying to sell me a mobo for 600 versus 365 for warranty renewal. I mean this guy even called me back if the call dropped, which it did twice. Not many have called me back. Also since its indian people, he says they just don't understand the price of some of these machines lol. Just keep calling until you get a winner.
