Ok well ive never seen anything like this and really have NO idea what couldve caused it. i was just playing minecraft all day with my friends and out of the blue all of my edges were streching all over the screen and i crashed with the error code 3/7 for Nvidia Drivers (also a little warning pops up on the tray saying "Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding and has successfully recovered."). it happens with ANYTHING i run weather that be a game or in youtube it just turns the screen green and plays audio.

error code 3=The NVIDIA OpenGL driver detected a problem with the display driver and is unable to continue. The application must close.

Error Code 7= The NVIDIA OpenGL driver lost connection with the display driver due to exceeding the windows Time-Out limit and is unable to continue. The application must close

I have already done a clean install of the most recent Nvidia driver but that did NOTHING. Im kinda mad that i cant play games but if the only solution is to get a new GPU then i wont be to mad because i was already considering upgrading.

    Thanks in advance,

    EDIT- Almost forgot system specs

    Model: Alienware M15x
    CPU: Intell i7 Q740 @ 1.73GHz 1.73GHz
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460M (core 50MHz, Shaders 101MHz, Memory 135MHz)
    RAM: 6G DDR3

and aslo my version of driver 296.10 this may not matter due to the fact that i clean installed this version... i was running 301.42 before when it started and even after clean installing a new version. the issues still here
