    Hey guys,

I recently decided to try wiring my m15x up to my audio system.
I can't audio out thru HDMI as my old system does not support it.

However, I am currently using 3.5mm to RCA converters. Everything works fine, but I need a little help from you guys here.

IDT control panel gives me an option to reconfigure my mic in to a C/Sub out. Does this mean that I can output both a center speaker and a sub's frequencies through the jack? If so, do I connect the Red RCA connector to the center speaker, and the White one to the sub? Or do I do so the other way around?

    Thanks in advance! =)

I would use the tried and true guess and check method! I honestly have no clue which channel is the sub and which is the center speaker. However, you should be able to test each speaker from the idt control panel and see if the sound is replicated from the proper speaker.

Lol i'm fine with doing that for the L/R speakers.

But i'm not sure if i want to try sending an LFE signal to a center speaker... =(

Then only hook up the subwoofer and test to see which one is the sub.

If I can find a third pair of headphones I'll try to test it that way.

    EDIT:
The center channel is the left channel and the subwoofer is the right channel. Both are on the microphone port on my configuration.

    so Subwoofer:Red
    Center:White

    Ohh okay thanks guys!

So subwoofer is red, and center white?

how about orange/yellow RCA jacks? Which takes up the same role as red?

Going by logic i'm guessing orange=red, yellow=white, along the lines of deeper color=right.

Tried googling to no avail. Wiki's page on RCA doesnt say anything.

I cant help you there. What I would do is just try the subwoofer on each, and see which one it responds on when you test the subwoofer under the IDT control panel. That way theres no risk of damaging the center channel, although I doubt the test frequency is low enough. It sounded the same for each when I tried it with headphones.
