I don't think anyone has got the 470M to work with the M15X. I just switched from the 260M to the ATI 5850, I ordered it from Dell for 285.00 including shipping. I really noticed a difference in everything from surfing the net to playing COD and Crysis 2. I also think you can get the 6970 to work, however it is not going to be covered by Dell if it breaks in the M15X since it is not officially supported. As far as ordering, pretty sure you can call Dell and order either of these cards, but you may wait a while on the 6970 from what I have read.

I'm currently waiting a 470m to test but my hopes are doubtful. 6970m will work. But ask for the part number. It is on the dedicated 6970m thread somewhere in this section.
