    Guys,
im buying the 460m card from a guy who is from india  my homeplace....
but i need a suggestion that could help me lot...

The thing is i can get a 5870M for 380euros and $300 for 460M but i'd rather like 460m cause of its Physx and Cuda tech over AMD's normal GPU features but i seriously need the Benchmark and total info on the both cards  .......

    thankyou!

CUDA is overrated and mainly Nvidia marketing imo. ATI has the stream technology and openCL... it's not like you don't get such features only with Nvidia cards. There are only few programs that really can take advantage of this. Physx can be nice in some games, but it won't really help you if the game doesn't use Physx.

The 5870m will beat the 460m. Other options you should consider are the 5850m and if you want more power maybe the 6970m.

Here you'll find some benchmarks: http://forum.notebookreview.com/alienware-m15x/523936-official-all-powerful-m15x-benchmark-thread-part-2-a.html

In the most common benchmarks... no.

The 460m may perform better in some games, especially in games which can use Physx, but generally spoken the 5850 is better. It's also better for overclocking. ...and it's cheaper.
