Does anyone know how to set throttlestop to get the i7 720QM to run at max performance, but still enable speedstep?

I'm using throttlestop v8 and getting pretty confused with all the options here.

As far as I remember the only thing you can do on throttle stop with the 720QM is to tick 100% for Clock Modulation and chipset clock mod and if you are able to lock turbo speed then do that too.

Doesn't that just waste cpu cycles if the cpu doesn't throttle?
I'm not sure what you mean by "locking turbo"?

You can lock the CPU to its maximum multiplier. So it always runs with this max GHz.
