Hi guys, need your help again!

So, my problem is, some times when i turn on my M15x he starts really slow, my first idea was checking proc performance.

When he start slow he just using 700Mhz - , and hold on it, never up again just come down to 500Mhz, but never 700+ .

i was thinking prob my font cabble must be broken, some time when i move the cable and restart pc, my m15x just start up normally with 2,2Ghz in all cores.

i was thinking too if its font problem, cuz my DA150PM100 looks like very hot when gaming. So i decide to buy a brandnew DA180PM111, for my surprise look attached pic..

This is with my BRANDNEW180PM111, my proc hold on 523Mhz and dont change never.
    180xfont.jpg

This is how this run usually with DA150PM100. - When this problem does't happen.
    150xfont.jpg

This is how my M15x run with battery.
    nofont.jpg

Why my proc hold on 930Mhz when are in battery and runs just with 523 when in 180W font?
Why my proc hold on lower Mhz sometime and i need restart my compouter too many times to fix?
If its nog broken cable what is it ?

    What can i dot ? D:

It may be just an issue of load. Does the laptop actually run slow or are your speeds just low? Does it impact the functioning of your computer? I'll admit the speeds are low even with a small load as the processor is designed to run at a set speed and throttle up or down from there. I have a 920xm and my speeds will sit at 1.2ghz at times while on the desktop and I don't have throttlestop running. Throttle stop will likely eliminate your low speeds as it forces your processor to not throttle when engaged. There are several guides and a simple google search will get you the program so I won't get into specifics but you should check your performance in benchmarks and games. See if it effects your scores. Also I assume it hasn't always been this way but you have a 765m which while not a super powerful card it may effect your power distribution since you are just on the stock 150 watt power supply.

When it start slow, everything is slow, pc, gamer performance, lag when digit this taxat, you digit and after 1 sec its writes in the box. Fps drops from 60 to 15 in World of Warcraft, doesn't metter if its at ultra or low graphics.
    Config here M15x 765M, 1 HD SSD 60GB, 1 HD 640GB, i7 740QM...

Why my brandnew BRANDNEW180PM111 doesn't work fines if its better then DA150PM100 ?

You may have faulty equipment. The 180 watt power supply won't work any better than the 150w. You need to mod it if you want to draw more power. Be systematic. I'm not there I can't diagnose it with certainty but there is a problem. Narrow it down and eliminate the issues. Eventually you will find the culprit.

That is fine. Have you tried toggling stealth mode? I swear stealth mode has caused so many of my performance related issues.

It won't charge with that charger. The 150watt is the only one that will charge your battery.

When a power adapter is not recognized in the bios, many Dell laptops will use either Clock Modulation throttling or Chipset Clock Modulation throttling.

When your laptop boots up and feels super slow, this is the problem.

The minimum multiplier for your CPU is 7. It can not go lower than this. When HWiNFO starts reporting 4, that confirms that your CPU is throttling internally.

Learn how to use ThrottleStop so you can fix this problem. Post a screenshot if you need some help. Make sure BD PROCHOT is NOT checked.

so, i dont solve this yet. i tried use ThrottleStop, look's like working, get about 2k Mhz and increase fps from 15 to 30 in world of warcraft, but i still really bad... With 150W PSU i get 50+ always.

Hi guys, sorry to re-open this again.

But just give me a little help, again.

Look this picture, can u guys check if everything is ok, GPU voltage and etc?

Look at the core ratio it's about 20x+ , this happens only when my m15x runs perfectly. But this ratio never stop to change, it just change very fast from 21 to 14, or 7 or whatever, it just change never be stable in a number, is it normal?
When my M15x get slowed this ratio just hold on 13 or 14x.

Just to check, please look the print. The game is open just to use CPU .

I just ask to check because of two things,
The first one ( most important ) every 30 secs i got a freeze in games( every game ) . Got a huge fps drop from 50 to 2~~3 for 1 second and back again to normal.
If i unplug AC while using m15x my fps drop too, and nothing get up againm need restart pc with AC plugged in.

    ~~ sorry about bad english.
