Guys not sure it I just had a hardware glitch or not , but thought this be the place to ask about it.

First of all it probably started when my intenet went down, due to a power cut and I had to phone my ISP,,,, while on they told me to restart the computer.

As i had a game running i took a few secs and saved then as the tech advisor was still waiting instead of a restart i just pressed the alien head (with game still on) and rebooted.

Later when i went back to play game,, i noticed my save game was a corrupt save and couldnt be reloaded.

Later then when i got the game going again I noticed that NONE of the touch controls,, like the stealth mode , volume eject button etc would work at all.

I tried a restart (switching game off first this time),, but stll nothing. I noticed however with just a restart the lights dont go off on keyboard,, so to take it right back i did another reboot,,,,,,and this time the controls are all working again ???????

Not sure if this is something to be worrying about or not, as all seems ok ,, but my cover up soon and dont know if I should be reporting this or just keeping an eye on it.

Has anyone ever had anything like this happen with them ??? Laptop almost One year old ????

    Try power draining.
    Power drain:
Turn off laptop, unplug and remove battery.
keep pressing the alien head (start button) for 20 secs or so.
put all back together and start. (start from battery first then plug in.).

I believe it was just a OSD 'glitch'.
