    It depends on what the OP is using it for. For many OpenCL or FP64 Optimised professional applications the old Q3000 will run circles around a 780m. in Gaming and DirectX not so much.

    There's no many options in Brasil for Alienware Graphic card, i just found this one on local market ( internet ) MercadoLivre Brasil - Onde comprar e vender de Tudo , i'll pay around 400 USD on this, do you have any advice what can i do ?
    This Quadro 3000M will run games like Crysis2, BF3/BF4 at high/ultra res?

    No I can't! You will need at least a nvidia 770m or amd 7970m to do that. Preferably a 680m.
