The config of my m15x is 4GB of DDR3-1333 w/ i7 640M. I have double checked that the RAM carries the SPD of PC3-10700 (667MHz) in CPU-Z. However, it is running @ DDR3-1066 CL7 no matter how I set it in the BIOS. Is that normal?

It should be capable of running PC3-10700 but it is actually running @ DDR3-1066 (533MHz). I'm going to put up my screenshot.

I have just discovered that too :(
Is there any way to OC it? Maybe lowering the CAS Latency?
