So a few weeks ago my M15x stopped allowing me to use my bluetooth devices with it. It would just say "ERROR" and nothing more.

I uninstalled my Broadcom Bluetooth software in order to reinstall it (I do not know if that was a dumb move or not).

However whenever I am trying to install the new software from their website, right after I click on the .exe file it boots up and starts installing, but gets stuck after about 15 seconds and then nothing else happens. It just sits there :/

I constantly use bluetooth on my laptop with my phone and headset and am wondering if any body knows how to get the bluetooth to start working again on my M15x.

Much thanks to anyone that replies to this post.

Also, I have uploaded a picture showing where it stops installing at.

Just go to dell's website and try to download the drivers from there
