I recently bought my Alienware M15x and deployed out to Afghanistan, when i got here i decided to throw all my personal things onto some portable hard drives and wanted to restore my computer back to factory settings to get the maximum performance out of it without having all the random things running on it that came with it when I bought it. Thats where im having my issue. I popped in the Respawn 2.0 CD and followed the directions on the back of the case, i booted from the CD drive and it loaded up window files and goes to a Alienware screen with a Graphic background and nothing happens.. i have mouse control but im assuming whatever is suppose to pop up isnt.. ? any help would be appreciated, dont want to go 9 months over here with paper weight.
