    Hello,

Every once in a while, when I try to shut down my computer, the M15x restarts insteads of shutting down. Does anyone know how to remedy this situation?

Press the orb button(start button) and instead of pressing the shut down button choose from the list shut down. You can change the behaviour of the shut down button in Control Panel > Power options.

I have tried both of these and unfortunately it doesn't work. it still randomly restarts instead of shutting down. Could it need a bios update?
