Why Alienware M15X Lcd Plastic Screen always scratched? Every laptop i found on Ebay or Craiglist Kijiji. They always have little scratch. Is it because missing robber near the palm rest? Once i manage to find a perfect lcd plastic, i don't want scratch it.

Very common to see these scratches or scuffs. It's also common for those rubber feet on the touchpad to wear down or come off completely. If there's no cushioning between the screen cover and the keyboard area, then scratches will most likely occur. You can get some felt or rubber adhesive pads from a hardware store to replace your missing rubber touchpad feet. You can also try a plastic scratch removing compound to try to diminish those scratches.

There isn't exactly a way to polish those scratches. Best thing to do as @kosti pointed out would be to have a rubber feet on the touchpad.
Additionally you could use a plastic shield like so.
    Should be able to work.

Also, you can use one of those silicone keyboard covers. That should add an extra layer of cushioning. It's usually the keyboard that causes scuffs when those rubber pads wear down or are removed entirely.

Those scratches drove me nuts to the point where I went and bought a new display because I couldn't tolerate the scratches.
