    Sup guys,

So here I'm, whining about my motherboard again. I know I told you that the problem was already solved, because that was what I thought, but unfortunately the guys that are supposed to fix my m15x are as useless as dell's technical support, they told me that they had found the motherboard but that it was on Europe so I would have to wait 15 days for it to arrive, 15 days later here I'm with no motherboard at all, they told me that they would need 10 more days but I think I've waited enough, so tomorrow I'm gonna talk with the owner of the store about is happening, so if any one of you has or knows about a motherboard for the dell m15x tell me pls, I would be forever grateful. I know I know... I wanna shoot myself too for not extending the warranty.

Why aren't you having Dell fix this?

Because his warranty is expired if you read it, one thing though Aliened if you're warranty expired recently you may be able to find a manager that will still extend it for you ;) I know of quite a few people who have been able to extend warrantys for a short period of time after expiration.

I had a problem thats unfixable by anyone but dell and a manager let me buy a one year extended warranty and they covered the repair. The cost of the warranty, $328.00 after taxes, was about the same as insured next day shipping both ways and the labor cost. Give them a call and try to extend your warranty.

I already did 1 month ago, the dell agent who "helped" me told me that because I was trying to extend it after the 15 days that my warranty ended I would have to pay an extra charge of $400 aprox  at the end the freaking warranty was almost at $1000 :(

I think you should try again. I extended mine two months after it expired. I think they gave you some bad info.

Ok guys, I'll give it a try one more time, hope this time I don't get an agent with a jerk attitude. If not, I'm thinking about sending my lap to one of those companies that have BGA workstations, has some ever tried them before?
