So I'm having problems with my LCD if you've seen my other thread. So I'm just going to buy a new one.
Mine is 900p. If I purchase one that is 1080p will it work fine?

From what I've gathered there's 5 cables from the LCD to the MOBO. The 40pin one for display. The webcam cable. The 2 small ones for the wlan piece. And then the last one is the small blue cable on the far left of the keyboard, I'm not sure what this is one is for, anyone know?

If I'm having display issues all I need is an LCD with the 40pin cable correct?

I managed to remove the screen completely from the laptop. However when I tried to take the LCD out there's 2 screws behind the hinges that are unreachable. It was impossible to reach them with a screw driver, which seemed to prevent me from removing the LCD from the screen case. Unless Im doing it wrong, any ideas?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have a picture of the screws you can't reach?
