Hello fellas... I re-pasted my system with Artic-Silver 5 like 7-8 months ago, and im starting to get 95.C of temperature in the GPU ( GeForce 260MGTX ), when playing stuff like Darksiders or Crysis2. I know that HWMonitorPro gives m the MAX temp achieved when he's turned on, and probably the GPU just hit that temp a couple of segs in a very crowded place or something, but u know, im worried. Specially now that M15X was removed from the site.
So, any sugestions? Should i repaste or is it that im pushing too much my GPU?

    Few details:
M15x, GeForce 260MGTX, i7 Q720 , 4Gb Ram, BIOS upgraded to A09. I live in Venezuela, this means that my average temperature in my room is around 28-30C.
    Thanks for your help!

EDIT: Also, the Temps on my i7 seems to be normal, reaching 79C after 2 hours playing Darksiders

The all caps as5 looks like . I snickered and got curious.

the m15 has been officially dead for a while now. the only units left will be refurbs of some kind much like mine is.

Is Artic Silver 5 one of the better options for repasting? I found a tube I had from a couple of years ago and figure I should repaste soon. Only want the best for my AW though.

both myself and another on this forum (can't remember who) had issues with as5 and the 260m.
works well on cpu and other gpu's but not the 260m for some weird reason.
i wasted an entire tube and found every time to have relatively poor results on this die.

best thing to do is to use another paste, mx4, ocz freeze and shin-etsu 7783d are all better than the as5 for the 260m... oh and before you ask... yes i did try them all.
