    Hey guys,

There's been some discussion about these pads (amongst others) but not really any consensus as to if they compress okay. I'd like to order some for my 6970m, but just a little concerned about if they are too thick at 1.0mm... I've measured the pads off my old card and they seem to be about 0.5mm. If anyone has had any experience with the mxm pads, please let me know.

    Thanks!

    Regards,

    Mike

I have similar 1mm pads that are quite thick. Even a bit brittle but they are ok and they do their job. I think you should be fine :)
