    Hi Guys,

I got one of these USB 3.0 card for my Alienware M15x. So far its running good. But when I resume from sleep if fails to recognize the card. I know people are talking about the drivers/firmwares issues that needs to be update. Can someone points me the desired drivers/firmware that I have to install.

    p.s - I got this one:

Express Card Expresscard 54 to USB 3.0 x 2 Port Reader | eBay

I installed the drivers that came with the CD and it works. But then it always have device unrecognized problem every now and then.

    Thanks.

Try asmedia USB 3.0 drivers, those were recommended to me by KoI even though my express card is still in the mail and I haven't been able to try them out myself yet

I have the same card as you.
Don't know where to get updated drivers though.
I just push it out and back in.

Thanks for the help guys. Sometimes it shows that drivers are installed successfully while at other times it says otherwise. Pushing in/out card doesn't work and I have to restart every time I want to use the card.

I use asmedia drivers from the disc. However I never sleep or hibernate my machine. Tis why I have a SSD ;) so I cannot comment on whether these drivers stop working after sleep resume!
