well im on 1.05v on my 6990m and my memIO temp is idle at 46-50c thats on 100/150 (make sure thats your idle clocks),and on 100% load it doesnt go past 90c. Now your idle does seem a bit high, but your max load temps are good. Since your temp problem seem to be at idle, changing your 3D voltage wont do your any good, u would have to lower your idle clock volts which is set at 0.9 which is also the same on a 5850m. i believe your problem is something else maybe a repaste or more/fresh padding, but again make sure your idle clock are 100/150.

PS i did undervolt with rbe and winflash fyi

thank you for the advice. ive repasted plenty of times and before it would idle around 55-58C so im happy i got it down now to where its at now. I just cant get it below 50C tho. and i just checked and its currently at 100/150

If i decide to lower the idle clock volts whats a good number to set it at??
