That is video card preventing the system from completing POST. Either card is dead or its inserted wrong.
    Try to reseat it?

I had reseat it for 3 times. I try 5730 its works , but when i try 6990m its just black screen.. This is so frustated..

That should plug and play right? No use for vbios vga 6990m? Or maybe backplate from 5730 is the problem?

The backplate could be an issue but I tried a Clevo 6990m in my M15x and it installed just fine but ran very hot when using wrong backplate.
I think the card might be dud. Any chance of a refund?

Too bad. I was interested in this 6990M too. (dari kaskus kan bro? Gw yang id gustavkaskus)
You should check the marketplace. I saw a few 7970M with very tempting price. I mean VERY.
If I'm not broke right now, I'd sell my GTX570M and buy one of those 7970M.

    Berarti bener :ngakak

Is there any sign of cracking or dent perhaps on the card? Did it come with sufficient packaging? (any hard box or in anti static bag)
I'd love to try it to confirm whether the card is working or not. But I might need to mod my heatsink :|
Anyway I hope you get a full refund if the card was found DOA.
