    Hi Guys,

I'm sorry if this is a repost or anything but I've searched and I cannot find. I had to uninstall the CC and reinstall it but no my AlienSense camera preview screen is a solid white screen with the blue circle in it. I checked device mgr and my webcam now says "default USB webcam" rather faCAP or whatever it used to be. I've searched the Dell support site and I can't find the drivers and I don't have my resource DVD ( it will be useless anyway because my drive can't read DVDs anymore). Anyone know where I can DL the correct drivers?

    Cheers,
    Rob

The integrated webcam uses an internal MS Windows driver. You don't need to download a separate driver.

    Hi Guys,

Thanks for all the replies. I got it all sorted now and it's back working.......stupid thing in the world really .... the camera setting in AlienSense was set to "Blur Camera" ...hence the solid white. Once I disabled that setting it worked as normal.
