ever since a couple days ago, i have been having these weird framerate issues with every game i play. Usually, in a game like Team Fortress 2 i would never drop below 100. Recently, i have been going under 100 and all the way down to 40, my fps doesn't even go above 60 anymore.

I've tried a power drain, cleaned out my fans, changed my graphics clocks, changed my processors clocks, cycled through stealth mode.

Something i noticed is that when i turn stealth mode off and on, my framerate while in game stays the same.

Something else i saw was the odd "GPU Load" in GPU-Z, its staying at 0 but sometimes it would go up to 13 or so, not sure if that's just a glitch.

    I've attached my GPU-z log.

Also, when i change my clocks back down to 250/150, i stay at the same fps.

EDIT: As soon as i made this post, i decided to check throttlestop again and noticed that my multiplyer was set to 9 while ingame. I set it to turbo manually and now im getting normal fps, if a mod can close this post, it would be nice.

You can right click on the lower desktop battery icon, and force it out of stealth mode by making the setting show High Performance. You can then play around with the settings in the Alien Control Center, and perhaps use some of the CCC settings to adjust the performance.
