As the title says, i'm currently looking at NBR marketplace and eurocom ebay. Some people had problems with it, so i'm wondering what is the best way to get one. I'm not looking for official dell OEM, just a clevo, eurocom, mxm.

oh, forget to mention the budget. Looking for one without going above 400 dollars budget. I don't mind second handed as long as it works with my m15x and won't die on me for a while

I think Table21 still might have 1 available. You can pm him and see what he says.

The eurocom ebay ones have the option to come without the solder, making the installation a lot easier, that is was I'm looking at at the moment...with shipping to NZ.

I'm looking at ebay ones as well as I can't find any other alternatives. Contact people from the marketplace are either sold or never replied as of yet.

I flashed a 6970m to a M8900, should work just as fine the other way.

No, it didn't. You'll have to do some digging if you don't take my word for it.
Additionally, the m8900 has not been tested to work in any Clevo.
