I found a strange issue with my CPU fan recently. When I use AIDA64 to make CPU at 100% load, there is not any airflow from left back. On the contrary, GPU fan roars at that time and there is obvious airflow from right back(GPU).
I remember that there was not this issue at the beginning (and then I didn't notice it)
I look over the fan speed in HWiNFO32, it said GPU 4500R+ and CPU 4100R+ when CPU at 100% load. I touch the fan with my finger, CPU fan definitely works. And I'm sure no things block the airflow... :(
The temperature may 10℃ higher than before when CPU works.
What's the reason? BIOS or physical problem such as CPU flat cable?
I'll appreciate if somebody can help me deal with this issue. :)

How long have you had the system? It's possible the fan is defective or has reached the end of a relatively short life. If you can verify the fan is actually spinning at full 4000rpm then I'd venture a guess and say the fan is on it's way out. Perhaps it's spinning but the motor and fan blades somehow disconnected/broke apart from each other resulting in little airflow?

Oh, that might be my problem now that i read about this. Both my cpu and gpu fan is at 3.500 rpm right now and the gpu side pushes out far more air than the cpu side. Now i dont have any problems with my temps but they can be much lower with a better fan..

How do i go about changing the cpu fan? I dont have any warranty left.

The issue has been solved. The reason is: I never open the CPU fan box, and a mount of dust in it.(can't be found only see its appearance) Oh my god! It's so sinple!
