    Hello,
I have an M15x with an NVIDIA GTX 460 M.
I have installed the driver 267.24 ( NVIDIA DRIVERS 267.24 BETA)

I started to notice this issue with the Windows Aero feature.

On the Windows Photo Viewer, when I maximize the windows of the viewer the "control bar" of the software cold look like that:

    Or correctly like this:

As you can notice the render of the buttons are not OK.

On the other hand, I have this issue with Google Chrome:

I'm using version Google Chrome 11.0.686.3 (Official Build 76659) dev.
Does anyone has that issue? Could it be a video driver issue?

Does anyone has those same issues?
Are issues with this 267.24 driver? Does it happends with another version of the NVIDIA driver?

    Thanks for your thoughts.

Have you tried different drivers? The process is pretty simple now since the 260 series drivers. You don't even need to restart.

I assume you run on standard clocks, is that correct?

Well, your driver is pretty new, and beta. I guess it didn't happen with the previous driver, so just go back.

Yes! I have GPU and CPU at the standard clock values.
I don't use OC at all.

I was hoping that someone with the same card and same driver post some comments on the matter :D

OK, I just did a clean install of the NVIDIA drivers. I now have the 266.58 installed.
    I used Driver Sweeper ( Phyxion.net - Blog).

The issue with the Windows Photo Viewer still there.

I must admit, I'm not sure if it doesn't happend from the beginning of the times :)

    Does anyone has it also?

Well I own a G73JW with a GTX460M + 267.24 Beta driver, the buttons were gone once after I updated my driver from 266.58 to 267.24, but it only happened once, and everything has been working fine since the restart after the buttons were gone. I didn't try google chrome so can't really say much for this.

The Chrome problem, was a Chrome issue, or lets say build issue.

The "Windows Photo Viewer" problem still there.
I've tried the 266 and the 267 drivers version.

Is strange, and I can't find the problem or from where to start looking for the solution.
