I just got a 770m and had the problem of the Audio driver not working.

    To fix it,

First disable the audio in the bios and get the GFX card working.

Then once it's working, turn on the audio again and boot into VGA mode

Then disable and re-enable the GFX card and it works :)

Just don't open the audio control panel or it will give you a white-screen.

But you can play your games without a USB sound-card.

Try to disable the sound in bios, then normal boot, go to device manager and disable any sound device you have. Then reboot and enable the sound in bios. Audio control panel should work now. At least that's how I got my sound to work. The only issue I found is if I enable sound over the display port, I get white screen. I have not found a way to fix that one.

Thanks for your input - actually I think that the issue is resolved itself once the following are true:

Both devices have been run independently (using VGA mode and or disabling sound and re-enabling) - then after a few crashes (white twice and one beige screen in my case) it seems that the system learns the conflicts and fixes the IRQ or whichever settings were in conflict. At this moment I'm using the control panel and audio - I can play a movie using H/W acceleration etc, Games and so on - without any crashing at all..

Basically it fixed itself and I'm really happy with my new upgraded machine with an awesome kepler card - what a tasty upgrade from that 260M.. And it's cooler and uses less power too ;)
